Contribution of JAWAHAR lal Nehru in the making of Modern India

JAWAHAR Lal Nehru took the charge in 1947 was in miserable conditions . In every sector ,India was found with a lot of problem sach as illiteracy, stability of democracy,riot, partition of india-pakistan , miserable conditions of agriculture and manufacturing sector, Independent Desi Riyasat ,poverty and malnutrition etc . It was the difficult time to transform ina developing modern country . The efforts whatever he done to transform India in modern India are as follows.

* Building New India : All the instructions that India is proud of today were established in his time .- Indian Institute of Technology, Indian Institute of Management,All India Institute of Medical Science,The Atomic Energy Commission,ISRO, etc. He also established Iron Steel Company with the help of Russia,Britain, France and Germany.

* Establishment of Political Institution:
The best contribution of Nehru was establishment of Political Institution.He kept the value of democracy never interfere in Constitution. Honoured against political parties , he never tried to govern country as dictator. He run the country according to Constitution rules . he started Panchayati Raj for awareness of Rural people .

* Foreign Policy : He took personal  charge of India's external relations. He opposed colonialism and imperialism in the world and  given moral support for whom were not got freedom by Western countries. Nehru co-founder of NAM(Non Aligned Movement) along with marshal Tito , Sukarno and Nasser.
          The great patriot Nehru spent his full life for the betterment of India and Indian people. He established a solid base .Today what India is given by JAWAHAR Lal Nehru.
